Personality Outline: She NEVER speaks. Though she likes to sing when she knows she's alone. So she's not mute or anything. You can get a word out of her if you're REALLY lucky.
She's a techie and sits around typing n programming stuff... in her free time at least. Otherwise, she mostly just reads. (Though she REALLY likes to be read to) And thinks of evil ingenious viruses she can program to screw with the school computers. Never anything serious; just annoying pranks. Like one that causes the computers to make that "beep" noise every few minutes. She also likes to take pictures of people, and always has a camera on hand.
She tends to give off creepy-vibes a lot, mostly since she doesn't talk much and just stares at people. She's usually pretty pleasant though, unless you actually do go and get her annoyed, in which case she'll claw you with her nails. She enjoys glaring at boys, especially the ones who fool around too much. Usually they notice and get so nervous.
If you magically end up being her friend, she's really almost clingy, and almost acts like the little girl she looks like.
While no one's watching, she likes to hum, possibly sing. And dance. She looooves carnivals, and hates her veggies.

Strengths: She doesn't seem to be affected by emotional things that much. For an example, if her pet bunny dies, she'd simply bury it and be done then and there. If she IS hurting inside, she won't show it.
As I said before, she likes reading. She's good at finishing her homework, and is a good learner. Though she prefers to be doing other things, she'll get the job out of the way before playing around.

Weaknesses: She mostly hides her emotions because she feels nothing will really change if she bawls her eyes out or throws a party. That, and if she did show weakness, she thinks people would comfort, cuddle, and fret over her. Which she doesn't like. She hates being treated like a kid, and acting like one would only make it worse.
She never speaks because she hates her voice. It's so high and childish, every time she talks, people make these D'AWWWWWWW faces, which bother her like no tomorrow.

Character History: She grew up with her twin brother and cousin in New York City. She was always the quiet one (and a daddy's girl) and looooooooved it when people read books to her. Well, she still loves it. Though who would read to a 15 year old? She's always lived with both parents; her mom went to a similar school. Surprisingly, she was the bully. Mostly because her twin brother was sort of a softy. So she had fun teasing him and chasing him around.
Chloe started learning about her powers when she was around 10 years old, and correct me if I'm wrong but since each character is assigned a power based on this bio, I'll leave it at that and expand later once I know what her power is. Since her mom was a similar case, it was taken like... a birthday party. Celebration!!~ They were sort of expecting her to develop something.
Because of her height, when she first arrived at the school, she kept getting questions about her age, and should she even be here yet? Though, for reasons she can't figure out, she appeared welcoming enough to have a few people attempt to be friends with her. Of course, she didn't really say much.. or ANYTHING to them. So, she's got some accquaintances.
